Child Care Issue: Hours of operation, cost, and
Do child care centers stay open late enough for you?
Can you afford child care?
Do child care centers stay open late enough for you? That is the question we want to ask you. Take a moment to think about this issue. Did you know this is one of the biggest issues parents are facing in today's society? Today women are more independent and ambitious. To achieve your goals you set out for yourself (whether a parent or not) you need to get a good education. The big question is, with being a parent how can you find enough time to study, work and cater to you children. Care or finding a sitter just came across your mind, didn't it? But, now a days child care doesn't stay open late enough for parents to even get the correct amount of time to study. Usually, most parents don't work a 9 to 5, especially if your enrolled in school as well. The best time for parents to work is from 5 to 9. How is it even possible? I know you're wondering, and that's exactly where the issue takes place at hand. It isn't possible! Why? Because child care doesn't provide long enough hours that are beneficial to the parents. They take your money and they run with it. Do you really think your getting your moneys worth?

Yes, maybe for the couple of hours you're in school but, honestly don't you think for what you're paying that child care could at least be more beneficial to you? However, we stick with them because no one wants a complete stranger watching their child. Their might be a million good babysitters in this world willing to watch your child but if you don't know them then there is no way your even looking their way. I bet your probably thinking "yeah you're right.. no way!", its okay trust me your not the only one. If someone was to open a daycare that ran 9am-9pm they would be rich. Yes, i said it, rich! I don't know about you but I would definitely enroll my child. You would have time to go to school and work knowing that your child is somewhere safe. Then you could come home and have a bed time routine with your child, read a book, or even watch a movie. Its almost every single parents dream!

How can you juggle it all? Having a child is huge and trying to juggle school and the job of being a mom can be very difficult. Whether you're a high school student or college student juggling the two is not easy.
